When Jaycie and I started discussing her engagement session, I told her that I encourage my brides to pick places that are special to them! It means so much more when there is sentiment behind the location. She told me about Double M Campground and about how it’s one of their favorite places to horseback ride. Jaycie asked if I would be willing to horseback ride to a couple locations between Double M and within the Shawnee National Forest….uhh like she even had to ask!! Of course!! This is why I absolutely love what I do!!

If you remember, this sweet couple was engaged at the end of the summer. They met working at a camp in Texas. Harrison from here in Illinois and Reece from Georgia. They tied the knot in Georgia at Oak Hill Farm.

These two were the most laid back couple! When we had their engagement session, it was fah-reezing cold and they still wanted outdoor shots….(hard core!) They love craft beer, Rachel’s sweet son and of course each other!

They both met down in Texas at Camp Horton as Camp Counselors. When we talked to Harrison on the phone, he told us Reece was coming to Southern Illinois and that he wanted us to meet her. He also told me she loved horses and dogs, so I already liked her!!

These two!! Oh my! They are hilarious and incredibly sweet! From the time we had their engagement session up until their wedding, I couldn’t wait for their big day. Every detail throughout their day was perfect! Of course I have to mention their gorgeous wine bottles with a photograph from their engagement session as the label!!

Details! Details!! This wedding had Taylor’s heart and soul into it. She designed every single thing down to the paper coming out of the antique typewriter! Seeing Taylor and Ben’s family come together to make this day beautiful, was the sweetest!
