Romantic Fall Wedding- Carbondale, Illinois

Y’all, fall wedding season is HERE and I’m so happy about it! Not only have I been enjoying my PSL, but the weather has finally started to cool down and I’m breaking out all my cute sweaters! Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Dylan and Erin’s romantic fall wedding. The whole day was beautiful from start to finish!

If you don’t remember, I met these two for their engagement photo session in July and we all hit it off immediately! D & E were high school sweethearts who went separate ways after graduation. They stayed close through the years, eventually finding their way back to one another! The week of their wedding, they were actually closing on their first home! Can you believe it?! They never let the stress get to them though, I mean “easygoing” is an understatement with these two. The love that they have for each other is so beautiful, and I’m thrilled I got to capture both their engagement session and wedding photos!

On a gorgeous October day at The Wedding Garden at Garden Grove, Erin walked down the aisle. Her burgundy-hued bouquet was perfect for her romantic fall wedding theme! Most of D & E’s family was from up in Northern Illinois, so they had lots of friends and family travel to celebrate them! And oh my goodness, everyone was hilarious! I had a blast all day long. E & D chose some fun ways to personalize their wedding, too! Instead of flower girls, they had beer boys! And, Erin had both bridesmaids and bride-dudes. Plus, they served amazing cannolis for dessert! You better bet I treated myself to a few of those!
